What we understand is a reflection of what we see and do not see. For some, their eyes are untainted from cruel realities, such that they sense a world totally different than I (we) have. And for the remainder of the world, our realities are too harsh, too deprived, that their untainted eyes will never fully comprehend the world we come from.
